Product Details
When lifting trusses, steel plates and all kinds of angular equipment with stage polyester lifting slings, special corner protectors and
protective sleeves **must be installed** for buffer protection. It is strictly prohibited to let the sling bear force by directly fitting or
clamping it on sharp corners and cutting edges of workpieces, so as to prevent the sharp edges from cutting, squeezing and tearing
the fiber structure of the sling and causing potential fracture safety hazards.
During application, avoid direct friction and contact between stage polyester lifting slings, steel wire ropes, sharp metal edges and
burr welding seams. Hard metal corners and rough contact surfaces will continuously abrade and cut the surface fibers of the sling,
accelerating aging and damage and greatly reducing the safety load factor. Isolation padding and protective liners shall be arranged
in advance to realize soft contact, anti-cutting and anti-wear performance, ensuring safe and stable hoisting operation throughout
the whole process.
